A few years back after I gave birth to my second beautiful child, I experienced some post-partum complications that left me with an “idiopathic” medical condition … essentially something that changed my body functionality but could not be helped by any of the 5+ so doctors I saw. While I am still searching for answers and healing, it was at this point that I turned to a more natural and real food living lifestyle. As part of this shift in lifestyle, I discovered several natural things that can help a pregnant mom, new mom or really any mom.
