This week the LivePretty team had the privilege of appearing on WESH 2 NEWS / CW18 to share a few resources for women and their families facing breast cancer. With an estimated 1 in 8 women developing breast cancer in their lifetime, there is now a need more than ever to support those suffering and surviving.

If you live in the Orlando area, buy a $10 flamingo in shops on Park Avenue in honor of someone in your life who has suffered from breast cancer to support local breast cancer treatment.  The program is Pink Out Winter Park, and it raises funds for the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Mammography Scholarship Fund to support women who cannot afford a screening mammogram or further diagnostic testing.
