This Middle Sister Loves Middle Sister Wines

A good wine for everyday with a little bit of fun … Middle Sister Wines.

Yes, I am the middle child.  The middle sister to be exact. Over the years I have embraced being the middling … listening to all of the psychological theories about middle children — some true and somewhat on target, most wrong and theory.

Being a middle child and middle sister, I was immediately drawn to Middle Sister Wine while perusing the wine aisle at the grocery store. The bottles were well-designed, it seemed like a fun wine brand and I thought, let’s try it.  So I first grabbed a chardonnay, then a few reds and, you know what? They were really good, in addition to being fun.

Now these are not fine wines for your best holiday meal (hello Chandon Pinot Meunier my love), but great for weeknights or to take to a party, or for just some weekend sipping. And, at about $10-12 a bottle, they are a great buy.

Now as I have started to get to know Middle Sister Wines, I have fallen in love with their naming – you can buy a Mischief Maker Cab, or Smarty Pants Chardonnay, or even a Goodie Two-Shoes Pinot. Each have their own Middle Sister behind them, each with a  different personality and fun story.

So next time you’re out looking for a good wine to sip on a casual evening, don’t ignore the middle child and pick up Middle Sister Wines.

And me, which middle sister am I?  I am kinda a cross between Smarty Pants, Drama Queen and Good Two-Shoes, with a splash of Sweet & Sassy thrown in.
