Tea sandwiches with Flair and Flavor

Perfect Tea Sandwiches – A Bridal Shower Feature

Katherine loves tea sandwiches. The Bride loves tea sandwiches, so together we made Tea sandwiches.

These lovely little bites don’t have to be the overwhelming and time consuming picture I am sure most of you have in your mind. Have a plan. Execute it simply and don’t forget the flavor. These cucumber tea sandwiches are sure to be a favorite at any ladies gathering that you host.

Ingredients:
1 loaf nice white bakery bread
Boursin cheese spread @ room temp
Fresh Dill, finely chopped
Cucumbers thinly sliced (the food processor does wonders with cucumbers)

Assembly:
Gently spread a thin layer of the Boursin Cheese evenly on the bread
“shingle” the bread with the pre-cut cucumber slices
cut the crusts off of the bread
slice the sandwich in 4 even squares
lay on pan and sprinkle with fresh dill

No baking required. These are cold assembly and cold served. The baking trays were used for assembly and refrigerator storage only. Very good recipe for High Tea also.
